I just don’t get how everyone is so blinded by the new marketing world. We have access to endless information, via the internet, yet we are letting people destroy our health, homes, our integrity. America we have gotta wake up!!! Get our heads out of the sand!!!

Today on Oprah, Dr Oz and Jessica Seinfield discussed way to eat healthier. Dr Oz is doing everything he can to wake families up to the danger of our eating habits. The children of this area are going to be the first in history to live a shorter life than their parents. Dr. Oz has operated on thousands of patients and know first hand the dangers of poor eating, he understands how it trows our hormones out of whack, and leads to diabetes, obesity, and more.

My advice is to stop trying to do everything in a day, but live each day to do the best you can for yourself, in every area of your life. Your worth it. Take the time to treat yourself to good, long health.
